3L-Group Technology ("3LT", "we") operates a print-and-mail rail: AI assistants and developers use our API and MCP tools to draft physical letters, a human approves each send (or pre-authorizes a budget through Connect), and the letter is printed and mailed through the U.S. Postal Service. This policy describes what information that involves and how we handle it.

What we collect

• Account information — the name and email address you give when an API key is issued or when you complete the one-time Connect flow.
• Mailing content — the sender and recipient names and postal addresses, and the letter content (HTML or PDF), that you submit for drafting and mailing. We cannot print and mail a letter without these.
• Billing information — payment methods are collected and stored by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number. We keep your Stripe customer reference, monthly budget cap, and charge records.
• Usage and audit records — API key activity, drafts, send requests, approvals, and delivery status, kept as an audit trail for the account.

How we use it

• To print, mail, and track your letters — mailing content is passed to our print-and-mail provider (PostGrid) and to USPS for delivery.
• To bill you — charges run through Stripe against the payment method and monthly cap you authorized.
• To keep the service safe — letter content is screened before mailing, and every send requires a human approval or a standing Connect authorization inside your caps.

What we don't do

• We do not sell personal information.
• We do not use your letter content for advertising or for training models.
• We do not mail anything without an approval record: a human tap, or your standing Connect authorization.

Sharing

We share information only with the processors needed to run the service: PostGrid (printing and mailing), Stripe (payments), and USPS (delivery). We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention and security

Drafts, send records, and the audit trail are retained while your account is active and as needed for billing, delivery disputes, and legal obligations. API keys are stored only as cryptographic hashes — a key is shown once at issue and can be revoked at any time.

Your choices

You may revoke an API key, lower your monthly cap, or ask us to delete your account information. Some records (for example, completed billing and mailing records) may be retained as required for accounting and legal purposes.
